Car Update

IT’S BACK…..
;-)

Just over 4 months for a car to be fixed after having the stereo nicked…. someone is taking the piss. Lesson learnt, no more after market kit, just the best kit that the car maker offers as an upgrade. (of course VW now offer a better GPS unit than they did when I got the car)

Now I just need to get angry with the leasing company and get that all sorted out, being an adult is tedious at times.

Still not got the car back….

Parts alone will be north of 4K UKP – just for some wiring looms.

Thanks to the scumbags that have half of my stereo (left behind the iPod / GPS / handsfree wiring) the total repair bill is going to be somewhere around the 7K mark.

    I made quite a lengthy comment here before, but it has gone *hurumph*

    Anyway, the point I was making was, it seems that it’s not just the thieves who are robbing you blind at this point 7k is bloody ridiculous. Lucky the insurance company will swallow it I guess ;-)
