Clearly I’m not referring to me, as those around me will testify I actually have the worst memory in the world, although to clarify I have memory blind spots. Some things from a long time ago I’ll remember (a 10 digit compuserve account number for instance) and a conversation I had with you 5 minutes ago I’ll have forgotten about.
I’ve spoken to a doctor about it, who suggested I get it checked out, gave me a nice letter so I could go through my health care plan and all that, and, well I forgot about it… (now where did I put that letter?)
So why am I writing this? Well this morning as I was cleaning my teeth the Chicken Song by Spitting Image popped into my head, and has been going around and around ever since… and I still know all of the words.
If I could send some of the crap in my head > /dev/null I’m sure I’d remember the things that other seem to feel are important, as well as remembering stupidly long passwords and server IP addresses.
I seem to have a blind spot with my airport express password. As does my computer, which is not a good combination!
Update your machine and check in the keychain… also set it to something simple
