by us, for an evacuation of the office during a fire alarm….
i’m so proud.
the alarm went off and everyone carried on working for a couple of minutes, then set phones on divert, went to get coats and strolled out to the front of the building… (there are a lot of stairs in the fire escape)
i grabbed my tea, usb key with my pgp keys on it, my mobile and ipaq, (oh and my coat) and i was going to post this from outside the building, but by the time we had all strolled down the thing was over and we were allowed back in.
i’m sure it was the most fun the security guards will have this year too….
and i’m sure that if it had been a real fire most of us wouldn’t have made it.
