Goodbye M4 Bus Lane
So finally common sense has prevailed, as of today you can use the M4 bus lane without fear of prosecution. Over the last few months I’ve seen increasing usage on my daily commute, so while everyone is stuck in solid traffic, the brave few, London Taxis, coaches and bikes have whizzed by, not today, coaches and taxis were consigned to lanes 1 and 2 whilst those who normally spend their drive in lane 3 where still happily travelling at 60 (enforced by speed cameras) in the old bus lane, and the best part?
All three lanes were free flowing and there was no traffic, even at the end where the elevated section begins…..
