So November, then. Twenty-one activities and just over eleven hours of moving, which sounds impressive until you realise October managed twenty-six in roughly the same time. The running remained the backbone of it all — nine sessions, 67 kilometres, and a frankly suspicious twenty-two PRs (I'll take them, even if the bar was apparently set on the floor). A couple of bike commutes snuck in, which at least proves I haven't entirely given up on pedalling to work as the temperature drops, and I rounded things out with a pair of swims, four weights sessions, and two HIIT workouts, because apparently I enjoy suffering indoors as much as outdoors.

Compared to October it's a fairly predictable story — fewer activities, less total distance, and the running dropped from 79 kilometres down to 67, which I'm going to blame squarely on November being, well, November. Dark mornings, wet roads, and the creeping suspicion that the sofa is actually the better option tend to do that. What's mildly encouraging is that the overall active minutes actually crept up slightly, so while the running eased off, I seem to have compensated by spending more time in the gym and doing HIIT in my living room like a man who has made questionable life choices. So going into December the question is whether I can hold this together or whether mince pies and short days finish the job that October's fatigue started.
