Well the summer is most certainly over as is my summer of sport, so a big thank you to those who sponsored me.

I raised 340 GBP with an an extra 95.50 GBP from Gift Aid, so a big thank you.

Next year on the sport front there is a one sprint triathlon, one Olympic triathlon and also a half marathon signed up for, so need to get the festive over eating, drinking and under exercising out of the way and once more get myself into a shape less round.
