No idea what's going on, just three training sessions this week due to aches after Wednesday's sessions... did manage to do an 1800m swim session though which was pleasing... considering doing a TI course again now they are back doing lessons in Fulham, need to be careful though not to ruin the "technique" I do have now we're into the season...
